Support
groups are a great way to gain insight from others who
share a common problem. In a support group, members
share information about resources and how they cope
with a problem. New members learn from the more experienced
members. I offer support groups for caregivers of elderly
relatives and have done groups for single parents. I
offer onsite support groups for companies too. The ideal
size is about 5-10. The groups usually meet every other
week; some meet once a month.
